Review & Description
Busuki is a small Rhododendron that reaches 4-feet in height and produces deep red flowers. It is tightly branched and is ideal planted along a pathway for a foundation planting. It should be planted in part sun or shade.
Rhododendrons are native to almost everywhere in the world. There are 1000s of species of the shrub/tree. There are 28,000 cultivars of Rhododendron registered. The plant is primarily bred for its flower and the fact that many species are evergreen. Back to Nature uses native Rhododendrons but reminds customers that the shrubs need acidic soils that are well drained and have organic matter. Rhododendrons are great as a blooming evergreen hedge or as a specimen.
