Review & Description
Known as 'ramps' in the culinary world, this wild leek is used much like onions or garlic. With a scallion-like bulb just below the surface, they are sought out and harvested as rare delicacies. In the wild they are found in groups with broad, smooth, light green leaves, often with deep purple or burgundy tints on the lower stems. Though not prized for their blooms, they do have small clusters of white flowers. Cannot sell to customers in AR.
