A tried and true favorite in subtropical landscapes. Cape Honeysuckle is native to South Africa. Bloom with bright scarlet orange clusters of trumpet shaped, nectar filled flowers. Blooms year round in sub tropical climates. The common 'honeysuckle' name comes from the similiar shape of the flowers. Tecoma is not a honeysuckle and is not fragrant.
