DELPHINIUM: These spiked flowers originated in Europe and are found naturally in forest clearings. They're an old-fashioned favorite. Gorgeous spikes come in jewel-like shades of blue, lavender and diamond-bright white, some with darker center spots.

This very popular long-stemmed perennial offers stately flower spikes in shades of lavender, blue, purple and white. An ideal background plant growing 4 to 8 feet tall. Outstanding in the garden or as a cut flower. Gorgeous and graceful spikes of dense blossoms. Delphiniums will thrive in sunny locations with rich, moist, well drained soils.
